SSPC PAINT #20: Organic Zinc Rich Primer, Type II
Description: This epoxy polyamide, two component, zinc rich coating has excellent rust preventative properties in adverse or chemically polluted atmospheres. It is easy to apply by airless spray up to 6.0 mils (150 Microns) dry film thickness. It has good adhesion properties on sandblasted steel where a hard durable chemical resistant nonporous coating is desired. Other properties include excellent water and weather resistance for interior and exterior use, and strong impact resistance.
Conformance: This product conforms to the specific composition and performance requirement of Steel Structures Painting Council (SSPC) Paint Specification No. 20, Type-II (Organic).

SSPC PAINT #22: Epoxy Polyamide Intermediate & Finish Coat
Description: The coating supplied under this specification is a two part epoxy polyamide product composed of a base component and curing agent component. When the two components are mixed in proper proportions, the coating is capable of curing at temperatures as low as 50 ºF (10 ºC) properties. It can be used as an intermediate coating over primed structural steel, offshore structures, chemical plants, refineries, barges & bridges. A topcoat is also available to be used over the intermediate coat.
